These are the 7 Deadly Sins that inspired this culinary experience in New Orleans, Louisiana this past September. Every guest who purchased a ticket was immersed in pomp and circumstance for a night unlike any other.
For two nights only, the sanctuary of Felicity Church was transformed into an otherworldly experience designed by Blue Gardenia Events. Guests indulged in a seven course meal curated by Black Pearl Catering Co. modeled after every sin. The cocktails were nothing but spectacular and paired perfectly with each course. Prayer cards were developed by Dogwood Blossom Stationery to display every detail of the courses and cocktails.
Twenty four (socially distanced) persons were able to escape the woes of 2020 for a few magical hours. The ambiance throughout the night was nothing but ethereal. Goddesses were displayed around the room to go along with the aesthetic while a fiddle played Kashmir by Led Zeppelin, filling the sanctuary. Every sin was consumed and penance drank.
Everyone is entitled to a few sins after this challenging year.
