When your wedding dress is embroidered with the constellation of stars that will fill the sky on your wedding night, you know you’re about to witness something extraordinary. Every detail was intentionally designed, from the striking black-framed open-air tent that welcomed the night sky to the abundant organic florals that softened its modern architecture. As the evening unfolded, guests dined beneath the stars before celebrating a reception that ended with a beautifully choreographed rainfall—an unforgettable finale that felt both cinematic and magical. It’s a perfect reminder that the smallest details are often the ones that leave the most lasting impression.
The After Party
When an unexpected rainstorm brought the reception to a close, the celebration simply changed addresses. Guests climbed aboard waiting buses and made their way to Santos Bar, one of the French Quarter’s most beloved late-night destinations. Known for its neon lights, gothic interiors, and unmistakable New Orleans character, Santos provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable after-party. The laid-back atmosphere, retro soundtrack, and spontaneous energy captured everything I love about New Orleans weddings—no matter what the weather has planned, the celebration always finds a way to continue.
