The hours and dedication that chefs pour into their creations are often unnoticed. My goal is to document and highlight the masterful art of bringing food to life. From the colors to the composition, showcasing the true essence of an entree is a reminder of the traditions that connect places and people. Food is a childhood memory and familiar story. The Philosophy of Food

Every meal tells a story.  Every photograph preserves a meal.  Culinary photography is an extremely difficult genre. It takes years to succeed at capturing the perfect lighting and warmth of a dish.  From watching my Aunt Diane make the perfect skillet of cornbread to witnessing Dolester Miles win The Beard for outstanding pastry chef, my fascination with food began at an early age.
