Traveling to California as a child was the most magical experience of my life. My cousin and I would spend our days roaming the beaches of Malibu and Santa Barbara. Growing up in a country town had its share of misfortunes, but the west coast was an escape to a world unknown.
California isn’t just a city, it’s a culture. Palm trees and summer breezes; a true “Paradise City.” It’s Frank Ocean’s Pink & White, the birthplace of Regina King, and The Eagles made it the soundtrack to our lives.
From the majestic redwoods of Ben Lomond to the beaches of Santa Barbara to the opulent hotels and chic gardens of Los Angeles, California is the backdrop to some of my most beautiful wedding photos.
Home to the most stunning grounds and national parks, California offers couples a variety of natural landscapes and wedding destinations. From sea to snow and those gilded sunsets, it’s not difficult to recognize why it was given the title “The Golden State.” The weather is predictably perfect with a chance of radiance. California is a melting pot of culture. The celebrations are diverse and the couples share an appreciation for their surrounding beauty. The opportunity to photograph weddings and events in this majestic place is never taken for granted. I look forward to capturing memories and extending my “West Coast” portfolio.
