A place where we love unconditionally.
Where we celebrate wins and applaud the endeavors of the next generation.
A place where we love our elders to infinity and we prove it by kneeling at their feet.
A place where rejoicing is shown by ruined mascara and lines on our faces, where makeup once resided.

A place where pride doesn’t cometh before the fall.

I’ve never seen your soil but I’ve seen your people. I see your people.
I haven’t  seen your sunsets but if they’re as beautiful as your women….
